Yes absolutely, lean lesson lean habits is specifically aimed at people who are new to working out and managing their nutrition

No, there are numeral workouts detailed included home based plans as well as gym based

No, the home based workouts can be done with body weight only.  Some kitchen based products are recommended such as a food scale.  Bodyweight scales and a tape measure are also suggested.

The workouts are based for a minimum of twice a week and there are options for up to 4 days a week.
