Hi there! I'm Marcus
I have been a personal trainer, exercise instructor and coach for the last 10 years and have coached 100’s of people from all walks of life, so I know what it takes to deliver fun yet effective workouts to help you achieve fitness related goals
I am not a drill sergeant but nor am I a walk over… gruelling ‘hardcore’ workouts are not necessary but effective ones are and if you can work harder, I am going to ensure you do!

Frequently asked questions
Personal training sessions cost £25, I offer a discount for block sessions:
10 sessions: £210
20 Sessions: £375
Each session is 45 minutes, I allow 1 hour for each client
I suggest a minimum of 2 sessions and a maximum of 4 a week, I can give advice on what to do on other days as well
I can give general nutrition advice during PT sessions as well as answer any questions, everyone I coach also has access to a range of resources including my meal prep guide, recipes and top tips.
If you require more specific nutritional advice and support then I suggest regular nutrition coaching as well. You can find out more about my 1-2-1 coaching here. I offer a discount for PT clients.
PT sessions typically start with a light warm-up followed by 20 minutes of strength training exercises and then finish with the cardio component before dynamic stretches. My personal philosophy with exercise is based around strength and conditioning as this is the most efficient and scientific way of getting fitter and changing the body.
Sessions are done at my private studio in my home in Whiteley, there are numeral benefits to training at my private gym:
- No gym membership costs (Gym memberships can range from £10 to £80+ per month
- No other gym-goers to get in the way: we have the all the equipment and space to ourselves resulting in more tailored and productive workouts
- Private parking right outside
- Music of your choice!
